These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and boleh88 ("boleh88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the boleh88 gaming platform at boleh88.club, including all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Each Player may hold only one (1) boleh88 account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your boleh88 login credentials. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Money laundering or any use of the Platform to facilitate unlawful financial activity.

boleh88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and balances, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boleh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

boleh88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits boleh88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

boleh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; (d) provision of false or misleading registration information; or (e) any other circumstance in which boleh88 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued account operation would be contrary to boleh88's legal, regulatory, or operational interests.

Upon closure for breach, boleh88 may forfeit all bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to boleh88, unless prohibited by law.

boleh88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, boleh88 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
